  • Please see the Getting Started page to fill out the Interested/New Student Information Form and to learn more about our invoicing and scheduling procedures. It is very helpful to our staff to have your student’s academic background information prior to a consultation phone call.

  • It is necessary to schedule all Group ACT/SAT sessions and mock tests in advance (even if we just have a few hours notice) to ensure that we have the proper staff on hand to assist your student. We encourage students to take ownership of scheduling their own sessions.

    • Our most up-to-date Group ACT/SAT sessions and mock test schedules can be found on Our Calendar .

    • To book a Group ACT/SAT session or mock test, please click on the Schedule Appointment button on homepage where you can select the type of appointment, date and time. Please use the parent’s email address and the student’s phone number when booking.

    • At the end of scheduling a session you will have the opportunity to register as a user which will make scheduling future appointments easier as well as allow you to manage existing appointments. Parents and students should use the same login information.

    • Once an appointment is scheduled, the parent will receive an email confirmation and students will get a text message reminder 24 hours prior to the session from our scheduling system. Email confirmations provide buttons to Change/Cancel appointments.

    • We kindly request 24 hours notice, if at all possible, for all cancellations. Ideally, appointments will be rescheduled rather than canceled. We are extremely flexible with our policies, but we reserve the right to charge a student for a session NO-SHOW if it becomes an ongoing problem.

  • Students can attend any days and timeslots that work best for their schedules based on the sessions we have listed on Our Calendar and through Schedule Appointment button.

    You many cancel your appointment up to one hour before online through your confirmation email or text/call (470) 298-2248.

  • We email invoices every Friday morning from our Freshbooks invoicing system. There are several payment options including paying online with a credit card, ACH transfer and ZELLE. Students do not need to bring a form of payment to their sessions. Please refer to the Invoicing & Scheduling Information page for more details.

  • We are so grateful to our clients who refer us to their friends and we feel fortunate when we have the opportunity to work with siblings. The best way we have found to help families is to allow students to stay longer than their 1.5 hour Group ACT/SAT session at no additional charge beyond the $80 session fee. We also offer free mock tests on select Saturday and Sunday mornings.
