Hi Everyone! My name is Julie Beiger, and I handle many of the client support, accounting and administrative responsibilities at Patrick Craig Academy. Patrick successfully worked with both of my students on their ACT test preparation, so I have the parent perspective as well. My daughter, Katie, is a former employee of PCA; in fact, she likes to claim that she got me this job. Katie is currently a senior at University of North Carolina. My son, Drew, is a sophomore at the University of Georgia. I was fortunate to be able to stay home with them while volunteering with their schools, athletic teams, and numerous community organizations. I attended University of Richmond, oh so long ago, where I met my husband, Andy, and graduated with a BS in Business Administration. What I love most about Patrick Craig Academy is the opportunity to work with such smart, motivated, and personable young adults who really care about PCA students and their success; as well as, the chance to get to know many people in the North Fulton community.
Hi! My name is Hayden Ballard. I graduated summa cum laude from Chattahoochee High School and will attend UGA in the fall as a member of the honors program. After studying with Patrick for a few months, I became a tutor in June of 2018. Throughout my high school career, I have enjoyed the challenge of all honors and AP courses and becoming an AP scholar with distinction. I was a varsity competition cheerleader for four years and was involved in my school’s class council, several honor societies, and various community service organizations. I dabble in graphic design, and I served as an editor for The Speculator, my school’s digital magazine. At PCA, I primarily serve as an English and Reading tutor for both the ACT and SAT, but I help with math from time to time as well. Outside of work and school, I love to travel, make memories with my friends, and (painfully) support the Atlanta Falcons.
My name is Cole Carter. I will be graduating from Johns Creek High School in the spring of 2020. For most of my childhood, I played sports 7 days a week. I spent hours upon hours at hockey rinks, baseball fields, and basketball courts to name a few. As I entered high school, I transitioned to less demanding sports like recreational basketball and flag football to focus on my academics. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of honors and AP classes throughout high school, and began tutoring my peers before beginning work at PCA. In my free time I enjoy reading and gathering random knowledge. One day I hope to be a contestant on Jeopardy!
Hi! My name is Kaleigh Clemmer, and I will be graduating from Cambridge High School in the spring of 2020. I have been an honors and AP student throughout high school; I’ve also enjoyed being co-captain of the basketball team. I’ve been a part of numerous service organizations, including BETA and Bridging Generations. I started as a student at PCA before I began working here as a tutor in all subjects, specializing in Math. I also help create Math content for both the ACT and SAT. I love PCA because students can enjoy a relaxed environment while being given helpful tools to significantly improve their standardized testing scores. As a die hard Auburn fan, I love spending my free time either watching or attending the university’s sporting events (especially in the fall)!
My name is Sophie Cox. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Alpharetta High School in 2018. At AHS, I was a four year Scholar Athlete (Women’s Varsity Soccer- 2018 State Champs!!). I also was a member of four National Honors Societies and numerous service organizations. As an AP and honors student, I was recognized as an “AP Scholar with Distinction.” I am currently a Marketing/International Business major with a minor in Spanish at UGA (GO DAWGS), and I am a member of AOII Sorority. I have been working at PCA since August of 2017 tutoring English and Reading. I started at PCA as a student, who, like many of you, reluctantly decided to spend my first two weeks of summer at Patrick’s boot camp. At the end of camp, I took the ACT hoping to improve on a certain subject and, “WOW!”, not only did I improve on the section I needed help on, but got a perfect score on a section I hadn’t been concerned about! For the past three years PCA has been a second home that I look forward to returning to whenever I am home from college.

Hi! My name is Katie Lawrence, and I was a 2017 graduate of Alpharetta High School. I am now a junior at Wake Forest University, double majoring in Political Science/International Affairs and French Studies. While in high school, I received the Harvard Book Award, was named a National Merit Scholar, and graduated as salutatorian. I’ve made the Dean’s List all four semesters so far while at Wake Forest. This is now my fourth year at PCA, where I work primarily as an English and reading tutor, as well as helping with content creation in English and Math. I love to read, play a vital role as the 2nd-string center back on my intramural soccer team, and listen to any music from the 90's alternative rock genre. In addition, I’m a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and a YoungLife leader in the Winston-Salem area. My favorite thing about PCA is the opportunity to help create an environment and materials that can lead other students to realize their full potential!
Hi! My name is Jenna Lawrence. I graduated from Alpharetta High School as salutatorian in 2018. I am now at Vanderbilt University double majoring in Pre-Med and Psychology with a minor in Spanish. At Vandy, I am a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority and have made the Dean’s List both semesters so far. I hope to work in pediatrics, but my ultimate life goal is to serve and travel with Doctors Without Borders! I have a passion for helping people in any way possible, which is why I love tutoring at PCA. I have worked at PCA since January of 2017, and I serve as a English and Reading tutor but also work heavily with English content creation. My favorite thing about PCA is the environment; PCA makes preparing for these tests- which is often very stressful - fun AND effective! Aside from school and PCA, I love spending time with my family and friends, am an avid reader, self-certified Harry Potter nerd, music guru (hello, Music City!) and have (in my opinion) the cutest dog in the world.

I have worked at PCA since January 2017 after being a student here myself. At PCA, I create packets, tutor both privately and with classes, perform administrative tasks, and make fun of Patrick (my favorite part of work). When I’m not in class, at work, or doing homework, I am probably watching Harry Potter, sleeping, attending sporting events, or hanging out at the Rotunda.
